Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
TibiaDaily is run by its editorial team. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to tibiadaily.mgmt@gmail.com.
What we process and why
- Your IP address, which reaches us when you open a page. We use it to deliver the site and to keep it available and secure.
- Aggregate visit statistics, so we know which articles are worth writing more of.
We run no accounts, no comments and no newsletter, and we set no cookies.
Legal basis
We process this data under our legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding its reach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because we set no cookies and do not track individuals, we do not ask for consent.
Who receives the data
- Our hosting and analytics providers, which process the data on our behalf.
- CipSoft, which receives aggregate visit figures as part of the official Tibia fansite programme. These figures contain nothing that identifies a reader.
Parts of the site come from external providers, which receive your IP address when that content loads. We send them nothing else about you.
Transfers outside the EU
Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep nothing ourselves. Our providers hold their own records only for as long as they need them to run and protect the service. Visit statistics are aggregate and hold nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Please note that we collect no names, accounts or other identifiers, so in most cases we cannot link any data to you as a person. Where that is the case, we may be unable to act on a request (Art. 11 GDPR).
Automated decisions
We do not profile visitors and we make no automated decisions about them.
Changes
If we begin processing data in a new way, we will update this page before it takes effect.
